La Jarosa Viaduct
Some info about the project.
Next to Madrid, in one of the most important radial roads from the main net, and due to the salt attack to the structure, the deck and the chapitier reinforcements were in very poor conditions and they had to be rehabilitated.
The pier new cantilever beams that support the deck are a singular postensioned solution in three spacial directions erected in a very constrained space. Self-compactable concrete has been used for them.
